Loving Anchor Visitation

At Loving Anchor, we are always looking for compassionate, responsible individuals to join our team as supervised visitation monitors. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates studying psychology, sociology, criminal justice, social work, or related fields who are interested in gaining meaningful, real-world experience working with families.

As a visitation supervisor, you will oversee court-ordered visits and custody exchanges, ensuring a safe, neutral, and supportive environment for children and parents. Responsibilities include observing interactions, documenting visits, maintaining professional boundaries, and helping de-escalate conflict when necessary. This work requires strong communication skills, emotional awareness, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
